The „Starachowice” Special Economic Zone occupies the total area of 644.4646 ha, encompassing the following subzones:

The estates in the offered to investors include as well areas covered with buildings as grounds with technical infrastructure but without buildings.
During negotiations an investor chooses an estate according to planned investment. The owner of the property separates the estate according to the investor`s needs.
